Our 10mm screened BS3882:2015 certified Organic Free-Draining Topsoil is ideal for planting trees, shrubs, as well as turfing and seeding, where ever you need soil that drains well. It’s made with PAS100 organic compost and medium sand to ensure excellent drainage and high nutrient content, making it perfect for areas that need more freely-draining soil.
Important note: For general planting we usually recommend our Planting Loam Topsoil, as it offers better water retention and is more forgiving for most gardens. This Free Draining Topsoil is best used only where good drainage is specifically needed
