The bags measure 0.85 meters by 0.85 meters x 0.85 meters or also known as standard-sized builders’ ton/bulk bags.

We use relatively small delivery trucks to enable us access to most of our customers driveways. The trucks weigh 7.5 tonnes and are approximately the size of a Tesco home delivery van (maybe a touch bigger). We also have an even smaller truck which you can call and make a special request for.

Yes, we frequently deliver to allotments, ensuring our small-sized truck can fit in the designated area.

No, the bags do not weigh a ton. Each product has different weights; for instance, compost and bark are lighter than soil. Topsoil will be the closest to a ton at around 800kg.

While we occasionally deliver over fences and hedges, each job varies, and our driver will assess the situation upon arrival. Please give us a call if you’d like to discuss. 

Our Planting Loam Topsoil is the best choice for planting in flower beds or vegetable patches.

We suggest using our Planting Loam Topsoil for its superior quality. Our economy soil is also an option for a more budget-friendly choice as turf generally doesn’t need the highest quality of soils. 

Our Planting Loam Topsoil is perfect seeding. Our economy soil is not suitable for this purpose.

Planting Loam is more nutrient-rich, more fertile, and cleaner, while economy soil is sandier, less fertile, and will contain small stones.

Unfortunately we currently don’t offer loose loads.

If you know the measurements for the desired area, please give us a call and provide the length, width, and depth of the area you need to fill, and we will calculate the required quantity and promptly call you back.

Regrettably, our yard is not open to the public for collection due to rental agreements.

No, you don’t need to be home for the delivery; simply give us a call and specify the exact location for drop-off, and we will strive to fulfill your request.
